
INGREDIENTS
4 slices good-quality sandwich bread
8-12 thin slices of Italian salami
dijon or whole grain mustard
arugula leaves, washed and dried
cream cheese, softened
ASSEMBLY
Spread mustard on two pieces of bread. Top each piece with 4 to 6 slices of salami. Top with arugula leaves. Spread remaining two slices of bread with cream cheese. Slice in half and serve.
