Welcome to 24 boxes – a weblog dedicated to providing resources to the CSA shareholders of Angelic Organics. I am relatively new to the CSA – this is only my second season. My first year as a shareholder was fun, challenging, overwhelming at times and deeply satisfying. I’m the type of person who works better with a few set variables. It was exciting to open up the newest box and see what I had to work with that week. But, sometimes, I also felt like I was in over my head with vegetables. What to do with all these greens? Zucchini – again?
My hope for this blog is to cook my way through each box and share with you some tips, tricks, recipes and ideas for working with our bounty.
